Whether or not you run your own wind calculations or rely on a P.E. to provide uplift pressures for your roof design, this interactive workshop is for you! Come ready with your laptop to roll up your sleeves, work in small groups, and leverage online resources to run wind calcs. You will leave understanding the differences between these resources, the tools to backcheck uplift pressures, the questions to ask project teams, and the red flags to help you avoid the most common traps that lead to under (and over) designed roofs.
